Biodegradable degreaser
This degreaser binds to fats and oils in the chain and soaks them loose, allowing them to be easily rinsed off the metal surface. Besides degreasing, the Chain Stripper also treats the metal surface, thanks to the Wax Adhesion Promoter. This agent ensures fast and better adhesion of the wax, which also extends the life of the wax.

The Silca Ultimate Chain Stripper reduces the use of different chemicals to properly prepare your chain for waxing and saves you a lot of time! Within 10 minutes, you can clean and prepare your chain for a new coat of wax by dipping it in the Ultimate Chain Stripper or by applying the product to a mounted chain. Pre-wash chains before new wax bath
Product used to clean used (waxed) dirty chains before dipping them back into the Silca wax bath. Used liquid recovered through funnel with coffee filter. See Youtube film Josh from Silca. Hint: first put dirty waxed chain in boiling water and then in the liquid. Less contamination.

Pricey but effective
Silca Ultimate Chain Stripper is a bit pricey, but does exactly what it should: removes farbric grease quickly and efficiently before waxing.
